They can keep track of their effort on it throughout the day, then use it to fill in their Daily Goals at the end of the day.
Another tip is to ask you coachee if they'd like to set a digital alarm first thing in the morning and last thing at the end of their work day to remind them to fill in their Daily Goals.read more
